• Calendar Organization
• Excellent Communication Skills (face to face, by phone, and by email)
• Communicating with designers and developers to make sure they are on schedule
• Communicating with clients to request info The Onyx need
• Join phone calls, email and zoom meetings with clients to listen to specific requests
• Manage your own workload and maintain individual and team KPIs
• Assisting the team with content strategy
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Operating as the lead point of contact for a range of projects
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts

What we need to see:

• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• Ability to have a good sense of humour
• Must speak native English
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Experience at a web design agency is ideal but not necessary
